I’ve walked away from careers that no longer fulfilled me. I’ve built businesses from the ground up. I’ve faced uncertainty, self-doubt, and the fear of stepping into the unknown. But through every transition, I’ve discovered something powerful: there’s always a way forward.

A Life of Change, Growth & Reinvention

I spent years serving as a police officer, navigating the toughest sides of life while supporting people through crisis and change. After that, I transitioned into the public sector, working in youth offending and local authority roles, where I helped young people and families rebuild their lives. But even with a stable career, I felt the pull toward something more.

So, I took a leap. I built and ran my own businesses in transport, property, and wedding planning—learning firsthand what it means to take risks, overcome challenges, and create something meaningful from scratch. I know what it’s like to feel the weight of responsibility, to push through uncertainty, and to chase success while balancing the demands of everyday life.

Through all these experiences, one thing became clear to me: my true passion is helping others navigate change with confidence and purpose. That’s why I became a business coach, mentor, and Level 7 trained teacher/trainer—so I could use my journey, my struggles, and my successes to guide others through their own transitions.

But beyond the titles and experience, I’m also just Anne-Marie—a wife, a mom of three, and a proud pet mom of five. My life has been full of twists and turns, where I've learnt that sometimes, stepping outside your comfort zone leads you to the most extraordinary places.

I know what it’s like to juggle responsibilities, to feel the pressure of making the “right” decisions, and to wonder if it’s too late to change paths. But I also know this: it’s never too late to start fresh, to pursue something that excites you, and to build a career or business that truly fulfills you.
